Timestamping Without Python Server
It seems javascript-opentimestamps needs to connect to a python calendar server to post a timestamp.
Given there are so many blockchain-related modules on npm, this seems unfortunate. It seems it would be ideal for a client to be able to connect to the bitcoin network itself, especially if e.g. its isp's dns is temporarily down.
You'd need a wallet with coins to spend to be able to do that.
