Custom Houses not loading. Bounty offered!

What happened?

Recently I've added in several houses on the custom map, but none of them will load and I can't work out why.

For the purpose of trouble shooting, I reduced the houses down to 1 in the otbm and house.xml. I've ensured the house sqm's have pz tiles, and house tiles. There is a house exit selected just outside the front door. There is a town selected in the otbm. I've added the town to the database as well. The houses have a load error in the terminal, but when in game they load to some extent. They can be bought, and they save items each SS, and remember their owner. However the houses do not display with a name or town, and therefore can't be auctioned. Screen shots below. Offering a bounty paid through PayPal or Stripe to anyone who can solve this for me.
