Unable to connect local node to chain.

Describe the bug

I have recently spun up a new server, I followed my usual process. Issue is that I am unable to connect my local node to chain. I cloned the latest repo and run it on docker, like I do for all of my other servers.

I am unable to register a new miner or connect a miner to chain.

To Reproduce

git clone https://github.com/opentensor/subtensor.git sudo ./scripts/run/subtensor.sh -e docker --network mainnet --node-type lite

Expected behavior

Note: my server running a older version of subtensor have no issues at all. I am using the version released just after the chain when down.
