Connection refuse error while trying to setup platform.

Hi There,

I was trying to set up the platform with Consumer Quickstart Steps. But it is giving me connection refused error and Database is shutting down again and again. Kindly help in resolving this on how do I proceed to resolve this.

Steps I followed:

1. Cloned the repo opentdf/platform
2. Followed README.md > with Consumer Quickstart Steps.
3. Commands:

    >docker compose -f docker-compose.yaml up 
    >cp opentdf-example.yaml opentdf.yaml
    >go run ./service provision keycloak
    

4. Container Behaviour :

When Im doing go run ./provision keycloak

Getting this error:
