Copy button within Refrigeration grid view won't execute

Issue overview

The copy button within the refrigeration grid view won't execute. This issue cuts across all Operating Systems (Windows, Mac, Ubuntu).

Current Behavior

Neither the Refrigeration Cases nor Refrigeration Walkins within the model get multiplied.

Expected Behavior

Clicking the copy button should create a copy of any object that it is called on.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch the OpenStudio App (no need to open any previously generated model)
2. Go to the HVAC Systems tab
3. Select Refrigeration from the dropdown menu
4. Click "Grid"
5. From the "Library", drag-and-drop either a Refrigeration Case, or a Refrigeration Walkin
6. Check the box associated with the Case/Walkin
7. Click the copy button (blue button) to create a copy of this Case/Walkin

Possible Solution

There are two possible solutions. The first is to make the copy button executable. The second is to remove the copy button. There are previous versions of OpenStudio that didn't have this button.
