The problem of gathering Openstudio reports

When I finish the all settings, and then click the simulation button, the report of E+ will gather correctly. However, when I use Online BCL to download the Openstudio results, and re-simulate it again, the issue will appear. All simulation is good, and I can see the report by using E+ results, but can not use the Openstudio results. So I wanna know how to deal with this issue. Hope to receive your rely. Thank you!!!!!!!
