"Do you want to reset Measure Manager settings?" does not work
Issue overview
If measure manager continues to crash a pop up dialog shows up with "Do you want to reset Measure Manager settings?". However there is only a close button, not Yes/No. Pushing close does not reset the settings.

Should have a Yes/No button and reset the settings if Yes.
Steps to Reproduce
Repeatedly kill measure manager
Possible Solution
As a workaround, users can manually delete the application settings files:
Mac:
/bin/rm $HOME/Library/Preferences/com.openstudiocoalition.OpenStudioApp.plist
killall -u $USER cfprefsd

Context
Potentially also include workaround for https://github.com/NREL/OpenStudio/issues/5212 in this too, currently measures are broken right now.
