Support AirLoopHVAC:DedicatedOutdoorAirSystem in the OS App

Added support for the AirLoopHVAC:DedicatedOutdoorAirSystem

Detailed Description

The object has no UI and is not shown anywhere.

Possible Implementation

Need a completely new HVACSystemsView for it. And it should show on the AirLoopHVAC's view being served by it, on the AirLoopHVAC's AirLoopHVAC:OutdoorAirSystem (they should have it).

Need to design how it'd look first.
