AirLoopHVAC:UnitarySystem does not create handle for Extensible Groups

Issue overview

  1. When adding extensible groups to the Coil:Cooling:DX:MultiSpeed (stages), it does not create/import the necessary default objects Coil:Cooling:DX:MultiSpeed:StageData.

  1. Additionally, I have created a library file with the necessary stage data and connected the handles to the extensible stages fields. However, when the AirLoopHVAC:UnitarySystem is imported from the library into the current project, the extensible stages fields get overwritten to a blank.
