Generated files in Apply Measure Now

Issue overview

Files written to the first file path in the workflow (generated_files which is added to the workflow by the Workflow Gem) in Apply Measure Now are not copied back to generated_files.

Additionally, add the model's measure path to the end of temp osw path. This allows Apply Measure Now to find a measure if the user has changed their My Measures Path.
