FloorspaceJS selects more than one item in the drop down list
Issue overview
This is an issue that I have seen in the previous versions of OpenStudio before, but the error still persists. In the Geometry tab, it is not possible to select only one thermal zone or construction sets, ... in some situations. For example, recently, I noticed if students use the measures that change the R-values, the error shows up.

Current Behavior
Try to select the "North", "South", or "East" construction sets. All three of them will be selected in the Assignments section. I have seen this issue for thermal zones or other items as well before.
Expected Behavior
Should be able to select any of the construction sets without any issue.
Steps to Reproduce
For this specific case, try to use the measures to change the R-values, after changes of the wall R-value, the new construction sets cannot be selected in the Geometry tab. (This issue is not only applicable for this situation).
Possible Solution
The workaround is to change the construction sets in the Surface tab.
