Space Tab Grid View column width change after 100 spaces

Possibly related to https://github.com/NREL/OpenStudio/issues/1587

In OpenStudio v1.8.4 (Windows 64-bit) the Space tab grid view exhibits a strange column size shift after 100 spaces: 1 8 4_spacegrid

This occurs (to varying degree) on all sub-tabs: 1 8 4_spacegridloads

that is a pretty serious example of the issue. it has to do with the paginating that happens to the rows. Every 100 rows is in a new layout which does its own column layout.

os space display messed up after 100 entries

Just FYI, still an issue in 1.11.0.

Still an issue in 2.2.1. (I discovered that I could select all spaces, and click the "+" signs and they would be duplicated. Interesting, I thought the "x2" was intended to do that (greyed when you select several)
