We OpenStreetMap contributors are very proud to see that you are using our work at "https://mon-cadastre.fr/".
Many people and systems, including your use as a locator map, would not be possible without the project’s data. Indeed, the OpenStreetMap project’s goal is to freely provide the best data for accurate and readable background maps. OpenStreetMap owes its success to our millions of volunteers who share our vision and invest their time to maintain and improve the data. Many became contributors after starting as users. While most OSM-based maps are independently deployed, operators recognise the benefit of highlighting their use of OpenStreetMap. We believe end users realize that they can improve their experience by improving the map data. Thus, there are compelling reasons to attribute OpenStreetMap, even beyond the legal obligation. Unfortunately https://mon-cadastre.fr/ does not provide this required attribution.
You use our data in the maps displayed at https://mon-cadastre.fr/. We are happy to see our data used, and we hope uses such as yours, can help attract more contributors to the map. We very much regret that the obligatory attribution of OpenStreetMap is missing from your maps. Just as you would credit a photographer when using his or her images, you are required to do the same when you use OpenStreetMap data. Our licence, although “Free and Open” carries a small number of conditions, one of which is the requirement to provide correct attribution. As noted in our Attribution Guidelines (https://osmfoundation.org/wiki/Licence/Attribution_Guidelines) the credit can appear in a corner of the map. While the lower right corner is traditional, any corner of the map is acceptable. Alternatively, the attribution may be placed adjacent to the map or on a splash screen or pop-up shown when a user starts the app, device, website, etc. We are sure that you will recognise the importance of rectifying this oversight and bringing https://mon-cadastre.fr/ and all pages like https://mon-cadastre.fr/cadastre-21000-dijon into compliance with the licence under which our data is made available to you. Remember, not only is this a legal condition of your use of OSM, it also respects the volunteers who made your map and it helps encourage your users to improve it. Full details on how to attribute OpenStreetMap can be found in the Attribution Guidelines.

@matkoniecz yes i just send an email to [email protected] because the contact form of the website is not working, the main post had been updated with the relevant information regarding the email sent

Feel free to ping here in on 17 March or later if I will not remember to check it myself.
@matkoniecz, do this repo also flag "commercial" websites which using tiles from osm server (with or without attribution) or only those without a proper attribution (I may have some in my bag ;) )
@2803media Neither readme of this repo nor https://operations.osmfoundation.org/policies/tiles/ mentions restrictions on commercial use. (there is "This policy may change at any time subject to the needs and constraints of the project. Commercial services, or those that seek donations, should be especially aware that access may be withdrawn at any point: you may no longer be able to serve your paying customers if access is withdrawn.")
So only those without a proper attribution, but also non-commercial ones.
hi @matkoniecz i check just now and still no response from my email and still no attribution on the website
checked, with cache refresh, the still have "© Mon cadastre 2023" with no mention about actual source of map they use in background

note that for technical reason block takes some time to be applied - and not apply in some exotic browser configurations

EDIT:
We've got a clever one ;) He switches tiles from osm to https://tiles.urbanease.io (still OSM but I guess self hosted) and still no attribution of course. For information mon-cadastre and urbanease.io are managed by the same firm.
Yes, in such cases further action can be taken.
But obviously we cannot access that server and easily terminate their tile access so it is out of scope for this repository.
Block can remain in place I guess.

This has been resolved today. Could you please unblock them? Apparently they weren't informed they were blocked.
