Install dual power feed for oob1 @ dub

The Raspberry PI OOB1 at Dublin currently only uses a single power feed.

Install:

1x 5V USB-C Dual Supply - Dual Ideal Diodes 2x Raspberry PI USB-C power supply 1x Short High Quality USB-C to USB-C cable (tested!)

C13 to UK plug adapter is already installed.
