Replace PDU interlink ethernet cable

The APC to APC interlink ethernet cable should be replaced and terminator re-seated. The devices are occasionally disconnecting which is causing sporadic split configs committed to oxidized.

The units are picky about the cable used. I've previously found a cheap Cat5 cable tends to work best.
