Replace rear APC Temperature and Humidity Sensor in AMS

The rear of rack APC Temperature and Humidity Sensor has a faulty humidity sensor. It should be replaced.

Humidity sensor broke in June 2023 and has since been stuck at constant 10%. Rebooting the controller did not restore unit.
