Add workaround for Debian 12 hpe mcp repo is missing hp-ams

Debian 12 repo at https://downloads.linux.hpe.com/SDR/repo/mcp/ does not include hp-ams

Easiest workaround is to directly install https://downloads.linux.hpe.com/SDR/repo/mcp/Debian/pool/non-free/hp-ams_2.8.3-3056.1ubuntu16_amd64.deb which seems to work without issue.

Actually looks like amsd is the replacement and it should also be used on Gen9 when using a repo which supports it.

This block needs to be updated.

Currently we're using bionic/current-gen9 on 22.04 for Gen9 machines but that doesn't have amsd in it.

The more correct jammy/current repository has it, but it wants a newer libc6 than jammy has!

The following packages have unmet dependencies.
 amsd : Depends: libc6 (>= 2.38) but 2.35-0ubuntu3.7 is to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.
