Display number of discussion comments in changeset list

This seems like a great idea. One small improvement I'd suggest is to show the number of comments in the change set list so you can see at a glance any changesets which may be controversial Would it also be beneficial to list a user's changeset comments somewhere in their user profile?

I was about to suggest this enhancement and saw that this was already submitted. :-) :+1:

I guess we can copy what Github itself is doing. Use a speech balloon icon with the number of comments beside it as a compact indicator.
