Edit/Preview tab bar gets stuck when using arrow keys

How to reproduce the issue?

  1. Focus the big text field for the body of the diary entry.
  2. Press ShiftTab to focus the tab bar above the text field.
  3. Press → or ↓ twice.

At this point, neither tab is selected, and the area below the tab bar is blank. It is no longer possible to select either tab using the keyboard.

Screenshot(s) or anything else?

Neither Edit tab nor Preview tab is selected.
