Thanks for the report. I haven't heard the term "screamer" before in this context - do you have a link to exactly what you mean?
From what I see, the problem is that there are two features that appear for narrow screens that immediately disappear. This is certainly something we should avoid. We've slowly moved to "mobile first" CSS as we've moved to using Bootstrap - i.e. features are added on wider screens, rather than being removed on narrow screens - but I'm not sure if this is working correctly here with perhaps some visibility being controlled by Javascript instead of CSS.

Features of borrowing words from English to Russian :) As I understand it, this was originally called sudden frightening images and screams in horror movies. But now (at least in Russian) it can be called anything that appears suddenly.
But you got it right: we are talking about SotM banners and menus that quickly show and hide
