Enhancement: Find space somewhere on the "export" screen to tell people that "share" exists

Since the new layer switcher appeared in the summer, quite possible the most frequently asked duplicate questions on the help site are variations on this one:

Perhaps space could be found on the "export" sidebar to alert people to the existence of the "share" button on the layer switcher - perhaps something like "Want a different format? Try the share button at the right-hand side of the screen".

We could mitigate this confusion by adding a big arrow pointing to the right (and presumably the reverse in the Share panel), but it seems kind of desperate. #6575 proposes to merge the two panels together so the site’s left hand doesn’t go “talk to the (right) hand”.
