Mark discussed changesets in the history

Description

In the history of an object, mark the changeset if it has a discussion, e.g. like below:

I don't think I would do it like but but a comment count icon might be an option.

Maybe, I don't know how such a comment count icon would look like. My idea was that someone looking at the history of an object would not miss potentially important information hidden in one or more related changeset discussions.

We already have comment count icons on the changeset history, so they might also work on the way history pages:

I think using a similar approach could work. If not, then we also have a generic "number-of-things" approach used on profile pages, which is a bit more compact:

The icons could be a bit darker (at least the ones with value > 0); I hadn't noticed them until just now.
