Add listing notes in a country that are open and listing for notes that were recently active
Description
https://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-notes-country-custom?c=Poland&query=open and https://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-notes-country?c=Poland are great tools that allows to process notes, as many can be closed remotely
openstreetmap.org tools are not allowing to do this at all
Would it be possible to add this feature to openstreetmap.org itself?
It would allow better handling of hidden troll notes (which are stuck and displayed in this resultmaps tool) and provide greater stability without relying on third party closed source tool for core editing tasks.
(history graph is nice but not something critical, note listing for start would be entirely sufficient)

This might be better as the ability to show a listing of notes for a bbox, similar to changesets in the history tab
As long as many descriptions at listed at once in a chronological order it makes sense, it also may be useful for people caring about smaller regions and not expose political boundary controversies.
At cost of losing language segregation by proxy that would apply in some areas.
Poland is too large to fit in one bbox with current limitations.
I solve Notes with @AntonKhorev app :-)

Neis pascal country classification has some big issues regarding the borders. It uses a simplified mechanism, and notes on small towns near border are considered as part of the other country. Instead, if osm itself provides a filter mechanism for notes could be better. Eventually no only by country, bur other admin levels: states, cities.
Neis Pascal display has also major problem with hidden notes which are not disappearing from their listings (and require manual update to rerun imports to hide them)
