"way" and "node" in readme example are deleted

Justed wanted to point out that http://www.openstreetmap.org/?way=52477381 and http://www.openstreetmap.org/?node=164979149 are deleted. Obviously, they are just examples, but I found it confusing that they are shown as deleted.
