Feature Request: Add cultural_centre preset

Description

Currently OSM supports Cultural Centers with

amentiy=community_centre
community_centre=cultural_centre

You can see tag:community_center in the wiki.

With the further optional qualification

community_center:for=*

I think it would be great to implement this one.
