Add 'package locker' alias for Parcel Locker preset

In the US it is common to call these 'Package Locker' rather than 'Parcel Locker', so having this term show up in search would be beneficial in my opinion.

Sorry, this slipped my attention – looks like most respondents didn’t really have a word for these other than to call them by the brand name, e.g., Amazon Locker. Otherwise, “parcel locker” got more support than “package locker”. I can’t explain why it would differ from how Americans normally call parcels packages, but it’s a relatively novel feature type to begin with. Given these responses, I guess we should keep it as an alias for now and revisit in the future if usage changes.

I’m not a maintainer of this repository, so you’ll need a review from someone who is before the changes can be merged.
