according to the wiki this preset would probably benefit from a new fields for beacon:type (and perhaps other beacon:* subtags as well?).

@cicku what would be a good name for this preset? Perhaps Aeronautical Radio Navigation Beacon?

Perhaps it would also make sense to simultaneously add a preset for aeroway=navigationaid which would be the visual counterpart for the radio beacons.
