Avoid creation of very big changesets

Description

Hi,

I don't know if it is easy to do : I just made a big mistake, I improved some part of map in west US, forgot to save my changes and changed something else (just a node) in Ireland then saved it. It created of course a huge area for my changeset. I let a comment on it to apologize.

When we want to save a changeset, we have warnings about our changes (if we forgot a role in a multipolygon for example) : could you add a warning when the area of a changeset is very big ?

Of course "big" is not a very clear word, but a warning is just a warning : if I improve a river like the Nile, the changeset could be big. But to have a warning will not prevent the save. So better to have one than nothing.

The first step would be to only have a warning when the area is big (I suggest : when a side of the changeset is bigger than 100 km. Just my idea, choose what you want).

The second step would be to tell us why ("this element is very far from others") : more difficult probably, so maybe it can wait.

Or the second step would be to be able to see the area of the changeset with our changes like when we use the G option.

Best regards
