Cannot move nodes with touchscreen

How to reproduce the issue?
Either attempt to drag a standalone node or a node that's apart of a way. The node doesn't move. Attempting to do so again only pans the map. I also noticed that after trying to drag a node, I'm not able to select any features unless I select/deselect one of the "Add features" buttons (Point/Line/Area).

I was only able to reproduce this issue on Chromium-based browsers (on Windows/Android) with the instance of iD hosted on osm.org/edit. This issue doesn't occur on Firefox or the release branch mirror. I haven't found anything on the unreleased section of the changelog mentioning this issue.

Problem still exist. I have identical situation on Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE with Chrome and Firefox. Editing map on tablet is impossible.
