Hidden Features button should scroll down too

As in #9400 first hide some features.

Now down at the bottom of the screen see e.g.,

3 hidden features

with a blue background. Indeed it is a button. A helpful shortcut if we want to manipulate the list of features we have hidden.

Now click that blue button.

The Map Data panel opens.

So far so good.

But it shouldn't just leave us at the top of that panel.

It should also scroll down for us to the Map Features section too, please.

similarly the situation could also be improved for the "validation warnings" buttons: it should scroll the panel to the top when clicked.
