Description

Quite often, people come to communities and say that after data changes on the base OCM layer is not visible, or it is visible with problems rendering tiles.

I suggest adding information in the tutorial or in the pop-up message that after changing the data, the map is not updated immediately, and different scales require different times, as changes may not be visible due to the browser cache, so you need to press "CTRL + F5"

This is already present after saving an edit - most people go straight to their edit / the map however and do not read it.

I think it's worth showing as a popup for the first 5 changes for the user, as well as an offer to go through the tutorial.
