Edit feature panel: each black box should be able to be folded up
In #8239 the reporter (me) was forced to post a very tall JPG,
because he could not close any of the boxes, such as Smoking.
Yes, there is no way to click some X to make them disappear, nor some V to make them roll up to only occupy one line on the screen.
Sure, one has full V/> control over the blue items,
But not the black ones!
Yes, control is needed, not only for people who want screenshots (and don't want to need to edit them), but also for everyday map editors, to reduce clutter.
(In fact let's say I roll up "Smoking". Well maybe it could also stay rolled up the next time I encountered it too, as a bonus.)
