Sure, if only one feature is selected, this works fine. But if the user SHIFT selected both features,

at least an "add an intersection" choice should still be easy to offer the user.

And the message could also say, "to add bridges or tunnels, select only one feature."

(I'm not including a sample location because I have now added an intersection.)
