No more message "you have made too many modifications"

How to reproduce the issue?

When I improve an empty area with woods, grasslands, swamps and so on, I have the habit to save my work when the red message "too many modifications" appears. For a few days (since last version of iD ?), at some point my computer becomes very slow, I understand that I made too many modifications, so I save my changes. What about this red warning? I didn't see it, yet very useful because it's not normal that I'm experiencing a slowdown in my computer.

Screenshot(s) or anything else?

That's because of #3239 – you'll never see that warning again :)

There are a number of other performance improvements that we could do for saving history, but because of https://github.com/openstreetmap/iD/pull/10619#issuecomment-3228709315 I won't send any PRs for now.

If we wanted to implement some sort of "slow performance" warning like the old storage-full warning, that could be measured by comparing performance.now() before and after scheduler.yield(). but imo it's better to focus on perf optimisations anyway, rather than showing an unhelpful warning

If I understand well, this message is now useless because there is no more problems of capacity. But it doesn't solve the slowness : when we make "too many" (which is no more true) changes, iD is slow. So to have a hidden counter and to have a message, different from the old one, when many modifications have been made will still be usefull I think.
