Render sidewalk and cycleway when mapped on the street.
Description
when mapped sidewalk, render a footpath on the side of the road when mapped a sidewalk and cyclepath render a footway on the side of the road.
This would help massiv against the "mapping for the renderer" persons...

I think we can mark this as duplicate for https://github.com/openstreetmap/iD/issues/11189 That issues is where we track the addition of different and/or custom map styles which will allow to visualize things like sidewalk and bike data.
In addition, we have https://github.com/openstreetmap/iD/pull/10935 and the corresponding id-tagging-schema issue that will make the sidewalk data on highways visible in the preset (finally).
