Street level imagery: Display error if imagery fails to load

Description

There is a (failed upload) i.e. Mapillary sequence returning an error in the browser console. In the editor, the loading spinner icon is still displayed, no error message is shown.

I think in some cases (or providers) the viewer does show an error if an image completely fails to load. In cases where it fails to load as below, the editor should (also) show an error message.

(sidenote: in the past viewer would, at least in some cases, not allow switching to an image returning an error)

On mapillary website shows "Can't find the image you're looking for" message.
