How to reproduce the issue?
Was #10392
Bing Streetside still likes to add or conserve a high zoom level, causing it to faceplant into its surroundings every time it starts driving. Workaround: The user has to zoom out manually every time.

It seems to get triggered if I toggle high resolution on/off while zoomed in. Then when I zoom out and go next it zooms in again, but if I then toggle high resolution on/off it's okay.

No, that only works for me if it becomes a blur when switching providers ( see also #10362 )
In this case it just makes the viewer bigger, it does not resolve the zoom neither when resizing nor when afterwards going next.
