Allow returning to the search results screen

Assume https://github.com/openstreetmap/iD/issues/10465 has not been implemented yet.

OK, then let's edit each of those search results one by one.

The problem is after editing the first one, the user presses the "<" arrow provided (screenshot below) but the list of search results is no longer there. The user must hit the X shown and do a fresh search all over again.
