Side panel not scrolled back up when we click on another item

How to reproduce the issue?

1. Click on something. A road perhaps. Scroll down looking at all its details.
2. Now click on something else. A fence perhaps.

Huh? Why are we looking at the middle of the fence's details, and not the top?

It's just like OK we are reading the New York Times, and we finish it and now go on to the Los Angeles Times, but instead of Page 1 we are looking at page 34 or something.

Yes, there might be minor benefits to this. Comparing zip codes from one house to another. But are you sure it's intentional?

Or, maybe have a checkbox: lock sidepanel depth.
