If motion events (tap/scroll) from ADB commands are with DeviceID == 0, what about sendevent with adb will it be with real device id ?

If I use this repo to simulate motion / touch on screen on android device, will I get the event with deviceID=0?

Also: ‘toolType[0]=TOOL_TYPE_UNKNOWN’. Which tool type it get ? will it be TOOL_TYPE_FINGER ? can we make this happen ?
