Outdated readme? It says "Minicap works without root if started via ADB on SDK 28 (Android 9.0) and lower." but I saw some commits to provide support for Android 10

What is the issue or idea you have? The documentation states the following: Minicap works without root if started via ADB on SDK 28 (Android 9.0) and lower. Which perhaps now implies that Android 10 requires root. Is this true? If not then we should make this clearer.

Have you tried STF?
