Minimal / borderless window mode for Paper Tape and Suggestions windows

Currently there's no slimmed down version of the Plover: Suggestions and Plover: Paper Tape windows. This would be more space efficient for those who tend to have these windows fixed to the side of their display or have screens that have smaller display resolutions. Right now this is not possible and you're forced to deal with Plover's window borders.

Describe the solution you'd like

A minimal / borderless window option, the text can still be scrollable and provide a way to hide the scroll bar. The image attached describes an idea of what it should look like.

Ideally it should also have the ability for configuration from a context menu (i.e. right-clicking the window) to change various settings such as the output mode, borderless window, locking the window position, text, emptying the log and pinning the window and saving the output which already exist but are in the form of large icon buttons (these buttons may appear larger on other operating systems).

Describe alternatives you've considered

OnTopReplica currently allows you to overlay any window, in the screen shot OnTopReplica is used to clone a certain region of the Plover: Suggestions and Plover: Paper Tape windows. However, this application is only exclusive to Windows users and you can only hide the original Plover window if you move the window on another virtual desktop on Windows 10. This is tedious.
