Different keyboard shortcut for "Reconnect machine"

Summary

The current keyboard shortcut for "Reconnect machine" is command+R which conflicts with a lot of my apps. Would like to change this to something else so I can use it regardless of which app I'm currently in.

This wouldn't be an issue for me if Plover could detect when a machine was plugged in. I filled that issue as #1020
