Add automation to update Review fields in Development Board

One of the things I'd like to do is get better visibilty on review states in our development board.

To do this, I'm proposing we add the following automation. It works with the Review 1 and Review 2 fields in the Development board. When an item is ready for review, we can assign two reviewers to it in those fields. Each reviewer is listed 3 times, in each of 3 colors, representing:

1. Grey - indicating a (re)-review is to be done by the reviewer
2. Red - Indicating a reviewer has requested changes
3. Green - Indicating a reviewer has approved the change

This automation will detect when a review has been submitted to a PR, backtrack to the associated issues(s) linked to the PR, determine if the submitting reviewer is listed in the above fields, and, if so, alter the color of the reviewers name to indicate the review status.
