Test out how the OpenSRP fits into the OpenHIE architecture using OpenHIM

Describe the issue to be researched

• OpenHIM has been used in a couple of Digital Health implementors to achieve interoperability.
• We would love to test out how OpenSRP would work with OpenHIM to actualize the OpenHIE architecture.

Describe the goal of the research

• [ ] Deploy OpenHIM and configure it for OpenSRP integration.
• [ ] Deploy OpenMRS with the FHIR module so we can send data to it via OpenHIM
• [ ] Document the process and what it takes to achieve this.

@pld please review this and give us feedback. We would like to attempt this as part of the larger OpenSRP roadmap.

I'm pretty sure we did this in the past for, I think, the mCDS project. I don't think there's anything to do here, we know that OpenHIM supports integration with a FHIR API, we use HAPI, should be all set. I think we can wait until we have a specific project use case to explore this further.
