[UX] Assign new family head

1. Alert Badge

• When assigning new/changing HH head from the drop down, the modal shouldn’t have the alert.
• 
The alert badge should only show when removing HH head from the HH and user is tasked to assign new head

2. Radio button colour

• Active radio button color should be blue as the button colors. this is because it’s a selected input field and all selected input fields should have the same color properties

3. HH Member names

• HH member names should show gender and age as shown in the adjusted designs.
• There no dividers in the list of these HH members

4. Save button

• The save button size is not as intended in the design
• The container for the buttons should have a top border line as a sense of separation from the list.
• The cancel button should be grey as intended in the design

1. Button Container

• The buttons container should always be showing at the bottom of the list.
• This modal should be responsive, if it’s a long list, show a predefined number of members and not all, but the buttons should always stick. when user scrolls, the whole modal should be able to expand. see attached examples
