Build a nicer "Get Involved" page
As suggested by @jancborchardt
We could do with a nicer »Get involved« page anyway. @simonv3 @bnvk @evalica @eppfel @belenbarrospena.
There's probably some questions we need to answer:
What does involvement in OSD mean? What does being a member of the collective mean? Who can join?
Anything else?

If you're not already aware I made a first-draft of a Contribute page, which is really more a "table of contents" of how I see us organizationally speaking (repo wise). It definitely could be made more explanatory and attractive. Perhaps doing it in user persona fashion would make sense. Something like:
You Are:
A Designer
- Who is comfortable on MacOS in Photoshop
- Who runs Linux and/or is familiar with FLOSS software
- Who is crazy about fonts
- Who is wicked at logo design
- Who is solid at interfaces and UX
- Who can do a mixture of all the above + code a bit
A Programmer
- Who is skilled at web development
- Who is good at mobile apps
- Who lives in terminals
A Project Maintainer
- Who wants their app to be more usable
- Who needs a new website designed
A Community Organizer
- Who wants to help OSD grow and blossom
- Who is good at fundraising
- Who is good at organizing events IRL
An All Around Creative / Cool Person
- Who likes to write blog posts and design things
- Who is unsure, but likes "open source" as a concept
We could simply reorganize my ToC style page, or even go full designer / UX on this and made a form with dropdowns and clever suggestions to get people started...
What does involvement in OSD mean? What does being a member of the collective mean? Who can join?
Does this stuff need to be stated on a "contribute" page? Between something like what I propose above + the About page + our Code of Conduct, do we need the explicitly answer these?
I think if we have the list that you recommend then I think that generally answers those questions, but it might be nice to just have them as an FAQ-style thing. I feel like it's really not that clear what we do or who we are.
This would also be pretty awesome in a business-card flyer format that we can put out at conferences! :)
