Check and see if this text can be removed from the staticman yaml file

Looking over the yaml file for static man I saw a message about something not being implemented and I think this can be removed but would be better if someone took up this issue to double check if it can be remvoed Screenshot 2024-07-30 at 12 31 59

Looking over the documentation and the past issues regarding same . I see that this issue regarding placeholders has been resolved and deployed in the staticman api. It seems that we need to replace the form URL to make it work. Heres the reference: https://github.com/eduardoboucas/staticman/issues/79#issuecomment-282497367

Please let me know if i am wrong . I am not much familiar with contributions

I mean seems like our PRs in the jobs repo are getting created with the correct commit message. So I think it is safe to remove.
