GDPR Compliance

In order for people that host a BIMserver publicly to be able to comply to GDPR, a few changes have to be made:

• It should be possible to completely remove a user account, at the moment user accounts are getting a "DELETED" status but are not removed from the database
• There should probably be an option to also remove all models checked-in by a given user. This is however in a lot of cases not possible in the current database-structure, which does versioning. Would be interesting to checkout how for example GIT (and GitHub) handles this.
• We should check whether log files can contain usernames (for example on failed account creation)
• IFC files can also contain names of persons...
