Change of internal service data

Is there a possibility to change any internal service field that is linked to a project?

For example, the service description is changed and I add the service to the project.

I've already managed to unlink the service from the project to the point that the getAllServicesOfProject interface does not return the service, but if I add the service back to the project and the bimserver returns the error: Service name "XXXXX" already used in this project

Is there any other way to perform this operation? Removing any remaining information from the service that has already been linked to the project?
